Interesting take on dairy industry. Definitely pro farmers and the industry. The visitor center is a bit dated and geared to school kids.Best part is the window into the curd packing room to see how they pack curds into large blocks they market to other cheese makers.Gift shop is no bargain but has quite a selection. They also have a small dining area and food selection. View all feedback.
