"Food was bad. Service was HORRIBLE. DISGUSTING AND RUDE KITCHEN STAFF. Not a great place to have food at. 1. Staff is very rude when complained about sour palak paneer (probably due to cream), under cooked lamb, undercooked peas, sour mango lassi, burned veg pakora they said next time food will be better. On requesting if they can cook it again for us, they rudely declined. This is tourist place where we will not come again. 2. Ambiance was not welcoming. When we complained to the chef and manager they were more interested in cutting the talk about the food and doing small talk about where we are from. Bathrooms, sitting area as unclean and unhygienic. Unfortunately there aren't any other Indian food options on Big Island otherwise their business would have shutdown already. Their other branch in Kona has really good food. Probably the kitchen staff including the cook are good people who know their job and are good reasonable human beings. "My goodness! What a gem! We ordered about 30 mins before close not only did they accommodate us, but they even added extras. They were so kind and hospitable. Food was ready fast, even when we added fried spring rolls at check out. I had a noodle dish which was good, average Thai to me. However, the yellow curry was AMAZING. Best curry I’ve ever had and has some special flavor I couldn’t put my finger on (cardamom maybe? . Idk. She also added a tapioca coconut pudding that is the stuff of dreams. So good. Food portions were big. Only feedback is the Thai tea was smaller than I expected, but everything else was 5 stars! Great!"

"Good food and fast service. Loved the garlic bread served soft and hot. Pizza was very tasty and with crushed red peppers; it hit the spot. Pasta had a lot of flavor but I personally feel it could’ve been cooked a little longer. Overall I would recommend it if you are having an Italian food craving. Cheers! Aloha."

"Very busy place, probably from years of returning customers and or YouTube reviews. But if you have a family or budget, that's not a place for you. Very expensive, waiting for places is long, and waiting to get your food is just as long. We waited 20 minutes to get space and 40 minutes to get our food. Portion size was normal, but for the price I would expect twice the share. A children's dinner starts at $13, FYI. The atmosphere was as from the 1970s Hawaii with a lot of rattan. I took pictures if you want to see the menu. We probably won? Too expensive for us."
