What Gene Schaeffer doesn't like about Dunkin':
Unfortunately this particular Dunkin Donuts was not clean. The floors needed a sweep and a wash. Bathroom not clean to match the store.Employees we dealt with showed no enthusiasm.Dunking Donuts has for over 30 years, been 1 of 3 major retail chains on my list , for great coffee.I have never, in that time, experienced a Dunkin location that was not properly clean. There were many workers, but it was moving entirely too slow, and no one was really looking out to see if new customers were showing up to get mobile orders.
Always great donuts. Had service from a very personable young lady at the counter this morning.
The slowest service ever….Not recommended if you want a breakfast sandwich…Ridiculous !!
