Eat! Has taken over restaurant Spice's Old Quarters. The menu offers mainly tapas and martinis all priced between $4-10. There are a few main course offerings all of which are rather pricey. The tapas were decent...not the best but good. I would definitely return on Tuesday night when they are all 50% off. If you plan to go on a Friday night be sure to make reservations. read more.

We thought this place was over priced and had a really weird decor. The service was really slow. When the food came, it was no longer hot...a real pet peeve of mine.
