"The Herb is more of a vegan restaurant than a typical vegetarian restaurant in a very nice area of Leicester. There are many restaurants of a similar standard situated around the same area. The ambiance of the place is really Nice and the variety of vegan/ Herb enriched food is really good. It's a good restaurant for a change."

"Sunday evening dinner, lovely welcoming and relaxed atmosphere and great service. As has been written elsewhere, not your usual Indian fare. Food was faultless, perfect portion sizes, amazing taste. Have since had a takeaway and again absolutely brilliant, Highly recommended. *Update so have eaten here 6/7 times now, very consistent in both quality of food and warm service. Explore the menu, there are some amazing items such as the paani puri and harra Barra kebabs."

"Ordered twice from this restaurant food is absolutely amazing always gives you extra poppadom and onion bhaji. Free Ordered Lamb balti with Keema Nan bread they were so fresh would highly recommend this restaurant Eaton in or takeaway. The staff are amazingly pleasant."

"First time, food was lovely, second time most went into the bin. Chicken Donna just fat, skin and grissle. Garlic mushrooms lacking any garlic, chicken wings over cooked and unedible.what a shame and a waste of money."

"I absolutely love this cafe and it is vegan, it is definitely my go to place when in Leicester. The food is sooo delicious and the cakes are mouth watering, and the best part is no animals have been harmed! All of the staff are so lovely and it is situated in a very impressive old building with lots of comfortable seating. It is such a calming atmosphere, and yes it is slightly more expensive but the menu is awesome and the quality of the food/drinks is amazing, you won't be disappointed! Can't wait to come back soon, especially for more cake!"
