What Rebekah Bieber doesn't like about Bruegger's Bagels:
I did an online pickup today (March 2nd) around 1 pm and spent over $30 on food. Unfortunately I wasted all that money. Everything I ordered either wasn’t correct or just not given to me. I left with 3 missing items and the 3 that they gave me were incorrect. The receipt was correct so not sure where the confusion was; but I reported my order on door dash and they rejected giving ma refund. Very disappointing. View all feedback.
Delicious tasting bagels. The price was great and staff was very polite.
Got a smoked salmon and cream cheese on a bagel. I really wish they would have toasted the bagel.
Food was fine, ordering system leaves something to be desired. Not sure what the cashier does, customer has to remember each item ordered. You should order with her and pick up at the end.
Good food, bad customer service. Generally rude and seemed a little careless. No gluten free options for anyone wondering (this isn’t the reason for the meh review, just a tidbit)
Ordered an herby turkey sandwich. They forgot the turkey.
