"I open this restaurant and go every year 2 times to dinner. the environment is very cozy, especially when a fire burns in the fireplace. claus is sensational and his menus are always an experience. it is grandiose with which passion it cooks and that they can also feel when presenting the menu at the table. his wife petra is the good soul of the house and simply pointed. her service is wonderful, she takes care of everyone and in the wine selection you can trust her very well. I always feel very comfortable and can relax with a little bit. because you leave a lot of time and eat it. so far I have taken many friends and convinced them. so you love and in september we see each other again."

"We must return every holiday at least once. the personal is always friendly and attentive, the eating enormously delicious and the ambiente impeccable. our dogs are also welcome and get in the regular a delicious and water. prices are slightly higher, but justified for the necessary. who's close to you should look in. update april 2015: always nich super and five stars."

"Es lohnt sich immer noch über die Dächer von Freiburg und in die Vogesen zu schauen und dabei einen wunderbaren Gourmetabend zu verbringen. Die Fischgerichte sind einfach fabelhaft, wenn auch nicht billig. Wir aßen hier zweimal vorzüglich und genossen dabei auch den sehr freundlichen, aufmerksamen Service. Frische Austern aus der Bretagne vorneweg, dann Steinbutt und eine Hummervariation als Hauptgänge konnten in Geschmack und Zubereitung überzeugen. Auch die Menuvorschläge sind eine Wucht. Das 4 Gang "Amoureux"zu 69.-- Euro ist sehr empfehlenswert. Dazu gibt es vorzügliche Weinangebote."
