"During my holiday in Switzerland I happened to eat at Bella Vita Frohsinn, and I must say that I really enjoyed it, I didn 't expect to eat such good Italian cuisine in Switzerland, I was really impressed. I tasted spaghetti with garlic, oil and chilli which was delicious, a simple dish but not everyone knows how to make it so good, and I also had a second course and the panna cotta, I must say everything was good. A compliment to the chef. The next day I wanted to test them by taking the pizza, and I must say that not even in certain parts of Italy they make it as good as they do there. They call it spider web pizza, I call it tart pizza , and a double pizza dough on top of each other and inside there is pumpkin cream and on top of mozzarella fior di latte and speck. Very satisfied. Well done to the pizza chef too. The waitress was good, kind and friendly, very approachable. A nice environment. I recommend going to see these guys because they are really smart. "It would have been worth the visit just for the setting (an old racing garage complete with classic cars, bikes and a speed boat to die for) but getting impeccably presented espresso coffee made by a barista who knows what he's doing and cares about the machine it's made with completed the package.A genuine coffee experience to match the best of them."
