"I ordered 3 shakes online at 8/27/2022 at 9:57. When I arrived at 10:45 (I live 25 minutes away) I waited 15 minutes. When my mother-in-law went back to the house, she found plastic in her shake! Thank God she just found it in time and didn't swallow it. Obviously the little girls tried to hurry and close. It was too late for me to go back because they were already closed. The most terrible shake I ever had in my life, no exaggeration, since God is my witness!!! The picture below was made after I tried this shaken milk with very little melted ice in a mixer with charges from whipped cream to stomach!! (Cheesecake ice cream has a yellow color, not white) In all my life drinking shakes I have never seen or had Shakes Lockere like this... even for 30 minutes out! Never again!"

"At McAlister’s yesterday with my husband. The girl behind the counter was obviously new and a little apprehensive. When I got my receipt she had charged me for something she should not have. The manager noticed I saw something wrong on the receipt and ask what it was- I told him it was ok but he pressed and wanted to make it right, so I told him. The manager walked the employee through the refund and was very professional about it- I have seen some managers just tear apart an employee for making a mistake and in front of customers. The error was corrected without incident, the service was friendly and food was yummy."

"Cheeseburger Bobby is amazing! My bf and I always love it here! Some of the employees had reminded us! They are always so nice and once we ate, they were going to fight to hand Fritten to everyone! It can sometimes be packed because they are so good. So if you go and it is, please be patient and tap it! They deserve it and do it best!"

"Both experiences were excellent. My family have tried the catfish, pork chops, chicken, greens, green beans, coleslaw, black eye peas which were my favorite, everything was delicious! Customer service is great! Definitely a hidden gem! We will keep comingback!"

"Our server, Maria, was very attentive and made sure we were enjoying our lunch. The MOD also stopped by our table. Nice to dine out and not have the dump-and-run experience of so many other restaurants. Maria stopped by several times to make sure we were happy. We'll be back."
