"We started off coming here as an incentive for my little brother when he does good in school for the week. Well now we like it so much we come a couple times a week and enjoy snowballs. Price was reasonable and the staff is really friendly. The thing I like the most is the mini play area they have on the side of the building."

"I ordered 3 shakes online at 8/27/2022 at 9:57. When I arrived at 10:45 (I live 25 minutes away) I waited 15 minutes. When my mother-in-law went back to the house, she found plastic in her shake! Thank God she just found it in time and didn't swallow it. Obviously the little girls tried to hurry and close. It was too late for me to go back because they were already closed. The most terrible shake I ever had in my life, no exaggeration, since God is my witness!!! The picture below was made after I tried this shaken milk with very little melted ice in a mixer with charges from whipped cream to stomach!! (Cheesecake ice cream has a yellow color, not white) In all my life drinking shakes I have never seen or had Shakes Lockere like this... even for 30 minutes out! Never again!"

"This was a one star but I edit and change because of one manage! They messed up my order not by much .. a fry.. they put a Mac and cheese which i ordered separately.. instead of saying “our mistake” and just give me a fry ..kids fry at that” they wanted to charge me. I never complained about my previous orders with them not putting condiments for my salad bc they fixed the problem. Instead of the manager being understanding, he sided with “his team” .. who is the team, you’re the manage.. he looked like a kid himself and probably just wanted to support the staff that appeared frustrated that i asked for a manage. They always mess up my orders being the reason why i check before i leave !! Update: i realize that they actually forgot my condiments for my salad so i had to go back .. spoke with another manager, he corrected everything gave me my kids fry. So I’m changing my 1 star to 4 star just because the indoor manager was understanding. The other manager look like he was in his feelings being the reason I’m not giving a 5 at this time."
