The food was hot but it needs more seasoning. The customer service was exceptional because Jordan waited on me for my to go order. He answered all of my questions since it was my first time here. "We started off coming here as an incentive for my little brother when he does good in school for the week. Well now we like it so much we come a couple times a week and enjoy snowballs. Price was reasonable and the staff is really friendly. The thing I like the most is the mini play area they have on the side of the building."
