"This little restaurant is a gem! Warm hospitality, beautiful fresh flowers! The owner gives details to setting and decor! We went in winter season, blankets provided in case you feel cold! Warm air blowing inside toilet , haha, so attentive to customers need! I ordered pasta and it was one of the best I have tried ! Strongly recommend!"

"Great place in Hirosaki if you are graving something fruity! The menu is clearly labelled, including smoothies, smoothie bowls, muffins and cookies. It was super delicious and the shop has a nice and cozy atmosphere. I especially recommend the blueberry muffin!"

"We visited the restaurant without a reservation. there is another restaurant that has vegan options to the corner, so we thought, even if they have nothing at this place, we could just go to the other place. we asked if they were any vegan foods and they were on the Tsuyu-Yakisoba on the menu and said we could prepare this for vegan perhaps if they make a reservation, they have some other options, but on this day they offered us just the one option, so we both have the vegan Tsuyu-Yakisoba. the suppe was tasteful and it came with a side of tempura, consisting of mushrooms, pumpkin and aubergines. there were also Japanese pickel (tsukemono) and some toppings for the suppe (yakumi). the restaurant itself was very spacious and had both Japanese style seating and western style seating (table and chairs). we went to lunch at 11 o'clock on Sunday. it wasn't too full, but it wasn't empty either. only approx. 20~30% of the seats were filled while we were there. they took our temperatures at the arrival and let us fill in a form with our contact information only for the case. overall it was beautiful. I was glad to try the Tsuyu-Yakisoba, which is a popular regional dish. it is always good to have more vegan options in the opposite."

"East Asian food café in Kuroishi. Reservation for vegan food is not required, but you need to ask for the options as they are not on the menu. They usually have something (cold noodles) and soup curry. Since they are not on the menu, the amount of prepared meals is limited, so if going with more than 2-3 people, it might be better to make a call ahead. Both options are good and fill. Meals are available on your own or as a set with a drink and a desert. The vegan desert was tapioca balls in coconut milk."

"Man, and I were one night in this house. we told them we were vegan when we reserved the room. we had a really nice stay and enjoyed eating and the bathroom. the first thing we noticed when we were in the room was that the cookies on the table butter had in them. we have informed the owner about it and suggested that they find something vegan-friendly for the next time they have vegan guests. they were very responsive and thanked us for bringing them to their attention. the dinner was a lot of food for me, but everything was vegan! I saved my rest to eat the next day at lunchtime. the breakfast was a better amount for me (although I was still quite crowded) but there were a few things that punished me. one was the natto that came with a sauce package that I suspected could have fish extract. another one was the plucked plume (umeboshi,) that I suspected she could have honey. there were also nori strips that sometimes have fish extract. I spoke my thinking about these things to the owner, and she said they will make sure and be more careful from now on. the effort to eat sometimes is that the chefs who make eating are not always vegan, so sometimes they make mistakes. Despite the few that I had, I would just like to say that I really appreciate it and I would like to support it to move forward. I still recommend that they stay in this gas house. and if they do that, they give them feedback if they have any thoughts like me. they will hear and hopefully it will be better and better, the more people stay there."

"Apparently, just book right now. Usually they have a meal that is standard with meat, but they make it vegan when you let them know before. Always loved meals. They also take care of allergens, so most desserts should also be vegan."

"We came here to take a break on Saturday after exploring the cherry blossoms at Hirosaki Park. We bought some corn nuts, dried fruits and a few bottles of craft brews and sat outside as there is a beautiful outdoor seating area. Great place to relax and get some snacks for the train/aircraft ride home."

"Excellent sushi, one of the best I had, super fresh and very cheap. Almost no English spoken, but no matter, they simply bring sushi at a price you choose. Very friendly."
