Do not miss this little ramen shop when you visit Hirosaki Castle. This business is 5 minutes walk from the train station. The staff is friendly, speaks a little English and hosts a 3 years old. We ordered Tsugaru wheels with and without fog. We used photos to order. Although we live in the USA, we know our riddles after we have initiated Tonkatsu ramen in Menya Ultra by Odate, Akita.
