"This is the only 100% vegan restaurant in hirosaki that is regularly opened. the seat is very comfortable. it was never full when I was gone. they have plastic dividers on the table and alcohol on the door. the personal always wears a mask. they have in the rule 1 seasonal lunch that changes depending on the day and they always have curry rices. they also offer bentons to take off. they have a few dessert options that change depending on the day and a drink menu including cokumotsu coffee and amazake. I was very happy with the lunch. it even came with boiled apple and sweet potato in a light syrup so I did not need to order dessert. if they are in hirosaki, I recommend coming here!"

"UFBAU 11/3/2021 The shop itself was very cute and well designed. We were happy that they had outdoor seats and as there were no other customers when we were there, we could take our selection! The menu includes various types of smoothies and Acai bowls. I was able to use my eco cup and eco stone for the smoothie. Both the smoothie and the acai bowl we ordered were very delicious! We suggested that it would be nice if they could put a kind of V brand or something on the menu, so it would be easier to see what items are vegan-friendly, and a week later they actually did it! Amazing customer service: Not only that, but they have also changed their Granola recipe to use maple syrup instead of honey in this place! (Fujisaki site still uses honey you serve some non-vegan savory items (sandwiches and such and I hit them make a vegan sandwich or something in the future and they said they plan to do it! So exciting : In October 2021 they started selling vegan baked goods like cookies, scones and muffins! Updated by previous review on 2021-09-16"

"Man, and I were one night in this house. we told them we were vegan when we reserved the room. we had a really nice stay and enjoyed eating and the bathroom. the first thing we noticed when we were in the room was that the cookies on the table butter had in them. we have informed the owner about it and suggested that they find something vegan-friendly for the next time they have vegan guests. they were very responsive and thanked us for bringing them to their attention. the dinner was a lot of food for me, but everything was vegan! I saved my rest to eat the next day at lunchtime. the breakfast was a better amount for me (although I was still quite crowded) but there were a few things that punished me. one was the natto that came with a sauce package that I suspected could have fish extract. another one was the plucked plume (umeboshi,) that I suspected she could have honey. there were also nori strips that sometimes have fish extract. I spoke my thinking about these things to the owner, and she said they will make sure and be more careful from now on. the effort to eat sometimes is that the chefs who make eating are not always vegan, so sometimes they make mistakes. Despite the few that I had, I would just like to say that I really appreciate it and I would like to support it to move forward. I still recommend that they stay in this gas house. and if they do that, they give them feedback if they have any thoughts like me. they will hear and hopefully it will be better and better, the more people stay there."

"We visited the restaurant without a reservation. there is another restaurant that has vegan options to the corner, so we thought, even if they have nothing at this place, we could just go to the other place. we asked if they were any vegan foods and they were on the Tsuyu-Yakisoba on the menu and said we could prepare this for vegan perhaps if they make a reservation, they have some other options, but on this day they offered us just the one option, so we both have the vegan Tsuyu-Yakisoba. the suppe was tasteful and it came with a side of tempura, consisting of mushrooms, pumpkin and aubergines. there were also Japanese pickel (tsukemono) and some toppings for the suppe (yakumi). the restaurant itself was very spacious and had both Japanese style seating and western style seating (table and chairs). we went to lunch at 11 o'clock on Sunday. it wasn't too full, but it wasn't empty either. only approx. 20~30% of the seats were filled while we were there. they took our temperatures at the arrival and let us fill in a form with our contact information only for the case. overall it was beautiful. I was glad to try the Tsuyu-Yakisoba, which is a popular regional dish. it is always good to have more vegan options in the opposite."

"We were able to try out the two vegan options on the menu that are both very pleasant. The curry had a nice mix of spices, and the noodles came with a rather pleasant peanut sauce. The noodles were beautiful and refreshing, making them a great meal for the hot weather. Both meals came with a salad and tapioca dessert. The restaurant itself is cozy, even a little small."
