"This is one of the few places in Hiroshima, if not the only place, to get a great loaf of bread with a proper crust. Yes, he makes fluffy white bread for French toast, but much more important is the fine selection of chewy, complex, crusty loaves in the European style. Better than Andersen's. I was so happy when I discovered this place. If you miss the great breads of US bakeries or Europe, you'll find a loaf here to please. He also makes fantastic pastries: bonus!"

"I very much enjoyed the automation of the restaurant. Unlike sushi tatsu in youme hatsukaichi you get your order before the new year. I had to knock down a star because I ordered salmon with cheese and received salmon without cheese topping. They offer English language menu, and you can reserve seating online."

"Veggie and vegan food difficult to come by in Hiroshima. This Indian place was a welcome change and great for me as a veggie with a meat allergy (Indian people mostly brilliant with food separation and hygiene), and for my partner who eats everything. We each had a thali, mine vegetarian. We both asked for hot and very hot for our two curries, as coming from Yorkshire, UK where we have large South Asian migrant communities and fantastic spicy food options. We weren’t disappointed. Substantial meal set, so much flavour, and heat matched to the level we’d asked for. So, trust in their heat scale when you order! Friendly staff, good beer, amazing lassi, would highly recommend for anyone seeking a flavour hit whilst visiting Hiroshima. Updated from previous review on 2023-06-19"

"Really lovely. We came from a recommendation at concierge and it was full, so we went to 2 other places and came back. It was the best out of all! Although we came late they were very hospitable and we spoke to the owners son Hiro san, so friendly and nice. (We sat on the counter). It was all very delicious especially the special Spanish Mackerel and Hiroshima Salmon they had. The collection of sake is also very interesting! Highly recommended. ありがとうございますみんなさん"
