I have been to rock city so many times and I don't know how I have never eaten here! It was incredible! The views are just stunning.

"Burger was good, fries were a little undercooked. It was the dining room that was very disappointing. Every table in the restaurant was dirty and there was only one other patron in the restaurant other than my husband and I. We chose to sit outside because of not having a clean table to sit at. The outside tables were just as bad and trash on the ground. You may want to consider a trash can outside of the restaurant."

"I ate lunch here with a friend last week. I had a side salad, The Meredith pizza, and a drink. The salad was amazing. Much better than most places' side salad. The pizza was amazing as well! The servers were exceptional...very nice and friendly. My friend and I were the only customers at the time (late lunch) so the atmosphere was very low key, which is totally fine with me. I will definitely go back. *Bonus Droop Scoops ice cream is next door."

"I went in to order take home lunch. I had 3 lunches to order, when I got home, one sandwich was missing. I called in, they were already aware of the omission. We all make mistakes, it?s how the mistake is handled that makes the difference. They apologized profusely and offered to remake the entire order, so they would all be warm and fresh. I am very satisfied with their response and will remain a happy customer. I had the pleasure of meeting the owner Liz, she was apologeticand thankful for my understanding.
