"It is a really beautiful place in a very old building. I am impressed by the food we have served (we had christmas dinners no massive baptism of food kept warm half day, rather small portions of fresh piece. ok, there is no toilet in the room due to the regulations of the old building, but it was not a big thing as it was well maintained."

"It was late, we were hungry and the Hammarkiosken saved our life... We got the typical Kötbullar with french fries since the Mus was gone at that time. Nevertheless we enjoyed it together with the Lingon limonade."

"A wonderful evening The welcome was very friendly and cordially. Chef Carolin Gültling has put together a varied and fine coordinated Menu card. The type of each dish is very creative. The Menu card is clear, in a positive sense. The food here is really fresh according to the season. Our group; a nice couple of good friends, my husband and myself chose different main courses with appropriate wine accompaniment. A pleasure for the eyes and the palate. Fine aromas and great ideas surprised us very positively in every aspect. The quality of the food was very fresh and delicious. I had chosen the dish „Arabian Night“. The five different Dips served to the savory chickpeas balls was each a real experience in itself. My husband enjoyed the Swedish rainbow trout. The lemon risotto with it was light and intensive and complemented the tender fish fillet perfectly. It was exceptional and delicious. Congratulation to the kitchen. The very good corresponding wine recommendation accompanied the meal perfectly. The service was very attentive and friendly. It went very smoothly and competently. The ambience is very tasteful due to the suitable interior design. It is modern, yet cozy and lovingly furnished. I really appreciated the attention to detail. The atmosphere and ambience in connection with the attentive staff invites you to relax. The visit to Känsla was a great experience. Känsla is definitely an asset to Hjo and the surrounding area!
