What User likes about Capital:
This is our 3rd visit and each time have been happy. The food is really good. Always great service. Even to the point of the young waitress that had only been there for a week went to there other business to get some ice cream for my son, as it was his birthday the next day. For an entree (garlic bread) and two pasta dishes (mushroom gnocchi and fettuccine carbonara) we paid just over $70. Although the food was tasty the serves were quite small for what we expected for the price. A nice atmosphere and service was good however. read more.
