read moreEnjoying Vietnamese cuisine in Hobart can be a hit or miss experience, as shown by the diverse reviews of Cyclo Vietnamese Street Food. While some diners were disappointed by the slow service, lack of freshness in the rice paper rolls, and use of beef stock in unexpected dishes, others found the food to be delicious, authentic, and generous in portion size. The spicy beef noodle soup was a standout for many, along with the tasty banh mi. The street food vibe was particularly praised by those looking for a casual but flavorful dining experience. Overall, while there may be some inconsistencies in quality and service, Cyclo still managed to attract dedicated fans and satisfied diners looking for a taste of Vietnam in Tasmania.
