"I wasn't overly keen to visit this restaurant based on other reviews but some friends had invited us.I saw people had complained about the lighting and decor but I think they were being very harsh. The decor was what I would expect in a hotel restaurant and was nice enough.The service was good and the staff were very attentive. The head chef even went round some of the tables after service had slowed down to ask people including us how we enjoyed our meals.The food was good. We tried the prawns and quail ragu for entree. They were both pretty nice. For mains we had the whiting and wagyu eye fillet. Both our meals and sides were cooked very well. My steak was cooked perfectly.The desserts were toothsome and had classic elements with a bit of a modern twist.Overall it was a pleasant experience."
