However it looked like to had been fried too long and it was just a tad too salty. The salt and pepper squid was lovely seasoned and cooked tenderly. "One of the best Cantonese Style Restaurant in Australia, even when compared to bigger capital cities like Sydney. It’s pricier than your average Chinese restaurant. Quality of food served is top notch. Nice environment and very attentive staff. Booking essential, especially on weekends.
