After I heard amazing reviews of this place, I finally made a bee line with great expectations. I heard the Burrito wraps were huge enough to dinner. my (iq burrito with all extras) was however very subduing with hardly any protein (snap, no taste) black rice etc. was ok. "While the business is still new and finding its feet, the staff are all very friendly and the food is definitely something not to miss. The curries are fairly priced and we were offered some extra rice for free when we ran out while dining in. Would really love to see this business succeed as it is run by lovely people and would hate to see them go - so go in and give them some support! The atmosphere inside the restaurant is very cosy and perfect for a nice winter meal. Will definitely become a regular here!"

"This is a fancy chinese restaurant. We had dim sum on Sunday. The dim sum items are delicious and authentic. The egg custard is really good. The staff are very professional, responsive and attentive. If you are willing to spend a bit more for a good chinese food, you should try this one."

"Vegetarian, I was looking for an Indian restaurant, but he found an Indian who is a pure vegetarian was bonus. The hospitality was great and attractive and was the food here. I am looking forward to come back to Hobart during my next trip."

"The restaurant is attractive and has an interesting history as a former jam factory. The fixed price menu (AD$100) was selected by the chef and we opted for the five wine pairing menu (AD $75). Each dish is small, delicious and artfully presented. In general..., the wines paired beautifully with the exception of the Fume Blanc and smoked goat curd- which overpowered the wine. Restaurant building has an interesting history involving convict labor and jam factory."

"A warm, welcoming and homely atmosphere. From the moment we were greeted at the door, to the time we left, service was exceptional! Food is sensational. Great menu with a huge selection of wines too. We had the mixed grill, lemonata chicken, prawn saganaki and grilled octopus everything was cooked to perfection. Real home style cooking at very reasonable prices. The tzatziki is so good!! You can tell a lot of love goes into this food. The staff make this place though, so friendly and attentive. Thank you for a wonderful experience!"

"Came here for breakfast after I arrived in Hobart for the weekend and couldn’t decide what I wanted but everything was so good the first day I ended up coming back every morning to try more. Everything was delicious but the baked goods were unsurprisingly the highlight, the duck sausage roll, chorizo puff pastry and all the fruit scrolls were equally delicious and so cheap! Great coffee also"
