"Had a poor experiencing ordering from this location and contacted Tijuana Flats through the main website twice. A supervisor named Danny reached out to me quickly and was very apologetic and courteous and listened to my complaint. He was understanding of the situation and made sure I knew he appreciated his customers during these rough times. Now that's what I call customer service! You guys are doing a wonderful job! I will continue to be a loyal customer at this location! Excellent steak burritos too!"
