Pure Pita - Hoboken

the first time here the location in hoboken I am from northern bergen so it is really hard to find vegetarian food, but this place is good, the vegetarian plate it was great that some more sweet as zucchini gurke add to the quinoa to add more taste but still good View all feedback.

Ordered the Cali hummus with pita and the roasted cauliflower through Uber Eats. Firstly, Uber eats screwed up the delivery package as it was torn from the bottom and the juices from the cauliflower had leaked all over. The hummus tasted a bit like a coriander/mint chutney and wasn't exactly what we expected. The cauliflower actually tasted pretty good but might have been better if the juices hadn't leaked out.
