The guy working here when I came in was so nice and made our ice creams just how we wanted them. A lot of cold stone locations they will just roughly mix in the toppings, but he put his whole back into making our ice creams. I mean he completely mixed them into new flavors it was delicious. He deserves a raise for making the best cold stone ice cream I?ve ever had!!!! View all feedback.

the place was dirty. we waited for over 25 minutes even thought there were 5 people working. they tried very hard to avoid eye contact as they took their time to do their work. some people are tired of waiting and leaving. the lady who took the command, rolled her eyes on me. only a badly managed device.
