Everything was very satisfying. We chose the cool urban outdoor setting today. The presentation of the food was tastefully done, and the food was delicious. I had the Eggs Benedict sitting on sliced chorizo and guacamole over toast with truffle fries on the side. The service was great as well. Will definitely be back and would recommend. What Morgan G doesn't like about Anthony David's:
Mediocre food and abysmal service. 15 minutes passed before we had to ask for water and our server (we had a reservation and they knew we were there). The ragu is fine, but my partner described his meal as the worst he's had in Hoboken. Tough, chewy, unpleasant. There are plenty of places around here with unideal service but amazing food.
