we had a brunch in the mcloone’s pier house on Sunday. it was a cold and rainy day, so I'm not sure why the restaurant wasn't too crowded. we all had the brunch and everything was delicious. we started with a bloody mary and it was the best I ever had! the chef at the omnilet station pampered my for a touch. my only complaining was that I was too full to go to the buffet again! I live in hunterdon county, my verbal lives in hoboken. we take it for different occasions. her restaurant is comfortable and that was our second Thanksgiving dinner. we were disappointed that they only offered buffet instead of a diner, as it was done last year. the food was good, but very salty and varies in the temperature of tablet to tablet, usually only warm. we will check their options next year.
