Elliotts Outlet - Feedback

What Andreas Hauglund M doesn't like about Elliotts Outlet:
They have nice products. The atmosphere is really nice and the personel is friendly. However the part that I absolutely found ridiculous and which made me rate it with 2 stars was about the refund policy. We have bought a backpack, Herschel, which was around 500 kr. We went to the car to try goo see if the laptop fits and unfortunately it was too small. We went back to ask for a refund and they said that they do not... View all feedback. I liked the idea of the store and it is very cosy inside. They have a little nice cafe too (hot drinks and muffins at very reasonable prices). I can only complain about poor selection of the clothes, at least in women's department. I didn't like most of the designs. I found a couple of nice items, but then there were no size options...
