Haus Hilckmann - Hörstel

We have eaten twice during our stay. excellent service, delicious food and not expensive.

I was the first time in the restaurant of the house Hilckmann.With the car could easily be parked on the farm. the rear entrance leads past the lovingly designed beer garden. you can already see how beautiful it can be in summer to sit among the hungry trees with views of the pond and the carved figures.The restaurant is divided into two parts. the first area is equipped with modern and very comfortable seating furniture with a fireplace. the second room has a warm original charm.I had ordered a lunch menu and was very surprised by the lush and particularly tasty menu. there are also dry aged steaks, the meat you can watch in ripening cabinet.The service was very nice and fast. I will come back in any case, because the price-performance ratio is difficult to surpass.

We left the autobahn to find a restaurant somewhere and take a nice lunch. we have doubted between this restaurant and a smell around the corner.This restaurant was definitely a good choice!Leckeres eating and the carving was absolutely top-class!

I've been going to help with my family for a long time and have never been disappointed there to the contrary: eating are always fresh and tasty. especially the whole Christmas gance you get nowhere else in the form. a table reservation on the weekend days is advisable.

Wait for good sparingly we have received for the salmon - 400 g white asparagus, salted kartoffels and a homemade sauce hollandaise. all in order. could not die, so we had to take it out and start the journey home. highly recommended.
