"The last of the Allies . Just let a registered celebration burst without being informed that is a No Go . "Expectations more than surpassed: (vegan) family celebration in the clubhouse of the citizens' patrons in Lehrte. I have to admit that my expectations for gastronomy were not too high, among other things, because I feed on vegans and experiencefully “good bourgeois cuisine” is then usually a disappointment. In this respect, I can hardly stress how much my expectations in the “Restaurant Visier” were exceeded with his chef Sebastian Schulze. But “surpassed” alone does not yet describe what I could experience, because I have rarely eaten so well (vegan)! Creatively and tastefully prepared without having at any time felt to have received something different from the other guests. An example: The appetizer, a beef carpaccio, was replaced by a delicious Red Bete Carpaccio with some eggplant a dream! The other gears were also tasteful and visually a revelation. Here are both skill and attention to detail at work. Thanks for this memorable experience to the fantastic cook, but also to the excellent service."
