"Wow! Wir waren nach unserem ersten Besuch in diesem wundervollen kleinen Lokal begeistert. Das Essen ist lecker, lecker, lecker. Ich habe in einem Restaurant lange nicht mehr so tolle Bratkartoffeln gegessen, wie sie hier zum Schweinefilet serviert werden. Auch das Dorschfilet ist erstklassig.Wir waren zunächst ein wenig skeptisch, ob man viel von der Essenszubereitung riecht, da der Koch quasi neben den Gästen kocht. Die Abluftanlage ist allerdings gut eingestellt. So sieht und hört man zwar den Kochvorgang, riecht jedoch nicht nach Bratfett. Daumen hoch!Weil das Lokal klein ist (acht Tische) und die Speisekarte auch, bekommt man sehr schnell sein Essen. Das ist gut so, da das Zuschauen beim Kochen wirklich großen Appetit macht. Und es schmeckt - wie schon gesagt - richtig gut. Wir haben uns nach den Hauptgängen noch die beiden Desserts bestellt und geteilt. Auch das war ein Genuss. Abgerundet wurde unser Abend durch den Himbeerschnaps. Allein der Geruch ist schon bemerkenswert fruchtig.Wenn es ein klein wenig ruhiger ist, gibt der Koch auch Tipps für die perfekte Fischzubereitung. Und seine Frau ist eine aufmerksame und sehr freundliche Gastgeberin. Ein richtig gutes Team.Wir möchten ein großes Dankeschön für den wunderschönen Abend loswerden und kommen bei nächster Gelegenheit wieder vorbei."

"The best fishing reels are available here in the Tohuus on the market square of Eutin. Not that Matjes, Lachs or Brathering would be so much different here than in other places in Schleswig Holstein. But I can only say that they use roles here: sensational! Everything else here is really Nordic, namely withdrawn, discreet and tasteful in terms of quality, but in terms of setting up a small guest room. Fast alls of food and drinks are prepared. Be it the delicious cakes, of course the fish rolls, even cooked soups. Even the lemonade is freshly mixed with mineral water from its own syrup. Young people who have done their work excellent for a few years and thus fulfill the time taste perfectly. Small dishes, short waiting times, very cheap prices. If you want to know more about Tohuus, please refer to the review of Cordzine here at Golocal. I can only fully agree with him and add nothing. In the Tohuus I feel on holiday to huus every year."
