I had a great experience while visiting the store. Very compact and easy to access restaurant. The parking is huge and product choices are great. The sides are delicious. Price is very reasonable. I ordered a pizza 30 minutes before arriving at the restaurant, but called afterward to cancel my order. The service was terrible and I didn't receive any compensation for the inconvenience.
I usually enjoy the delicious pizza and quick delivery from this restaurant, but I was surprised to see that my order was estimated to arrive in 146 minutes when I checked the tracker. I placed my order at 7:55 PM and it is now 9:23 PM with no sign of my food. It is not a holiday and the weather is not bad. I live very close to the restaurant, yet the tracker still shows my order as "preparing" and not even in the oven.
Order took nearly 2 hours to arrive. When it finally get here it was barely even warm and when we called the store to try and see the status of our order nobody picked up the phone. Pizza was below Papa John?s advertised quality.
