"The breakfast sandwich was soggy with butter ,not even grilled. Sent it back and the help acted very nasty. Carl's should take the franchise away from the owner. I don't know how they pass a health inspection. I would fire everyone and start with all new people. And this isn't our first time here,I always thought someone would fix this place but I guess this isn't going to happen. "The coney dogs and root beer just like we remembered, and the cheese curds were delish. The highlight of our visit, however, was the very pleasant service with a smile we got from Cindy, who was singlehandedly taking orders, cooking, drawing root beer and apologizing that she was working alone so it was slow. But she managed to get our order up pretty quickly, as well as all the other customers. Great fellow human."

"If you're planning on eating there. I suggested you bring CASH not your debit or credit card. There is a transition fee to it. The server was pretty nice and attentive to us. They served coke products and water. The food quality is good but the flavors are kind of bland. Salsa is a little hot but the taste is acceptable. I would highly recommend to park somewhere where there is light at night."

"We were very worried about eating vegan in Holbrook. There just isn't much here unless you want fast food. I'm so glad I found this place on Google maps. The menu was available online and I was thrilled to see a vegetarian section. It was delicious! I had the veg burrito and my husband had the combo with a bean chimichanga and a bean enchilada. Warning! If you're gluten free, the guac appetizer comes with flour tortilla chips but they have corn. Just ask."

"I gave a 5 star because food and service were deserving, however, the martini was terrible and I should have sent it back. They're so nice that it would have been okay. It had too much vermouth. A splash would've been perfect. We will always stop there on our travels."
