What John A doesn't like about Kyoto:
Called kept getting disconnected and was redirected to the worcester location who said they would contact someone at the holden location. A woman then answered and took my order. Stopped by the holden location and they had no order, nobody had a clue. And the guy at the counter heard me say my order before I got disconnected once as he was repeating my order back to me. One hand doesn’t know what the others doing read more.
