"Hub (omni) and I went before thanksgiving and the menu had changed. In addition to their improved hummus appetizer, they had a really good homemade veggie burger with a clearly stated vegan mayo on it. There was also a tempeh dish, but I'm def not a fan. That said, there were many other options for veg heads, and with vegan mayo available, maybe it's possible to veganize other dishes."

"We sat outside which was beautiful and on a perfect Michigan summer night. Once you go inside to order j didn't feel like there was tons of service out to us, but it almost acts as a take away pizza place that allows you to eat there."

"Metal tables, no table cloths, very noisy, the dining experience was not pleasant at all! Even I made the dinner reservation ahead of time through the Open Table, we were still got seated at a metal table in the noisy bar area at the back side of the restaurant. The ambiance was very bad, the metal tables look cheap and there are many glass ring marks on the table. Can’t believe I spent over $220 on my dinner to dine at a metal table… I hope in the future when we are trying to make a reservation again, it can specify if the table we are getting is in the nice classic front dining area or it’s at the back in the noisy cheap metal table bar area. In that case, even if the the nice front dining area is all booked up, it will be our own choice to choose if we still want to make a dinner reservation to dine at a metal table in the back bar area or if we maybe would like to choose another restaurant instead. We’ve come to the Butch’s many times over the years, we were always got seated in the front side dining area, I love the front dining area. The ambiance in the front side is very nice and classy, white table cloths with nice table settings, it’s quiet and with perfect lighting, I absolutely love it. That’s also why I got so disappointed and irritated today when we were seated at a cheap metal table in the noisy back side. The menu is the same for the nice classy front dining area and the cheap noisy back side bar area. The price of the food and wines would be totally fine and reasonable if we were seating in the nice front dining area. I would totally love to pay the higher prices for my food and drinks if I’m dining in a nice restaurant that has a nice ambiance, but we were not, we were seated at a metal table in the noisy bar in the back side of the restaurant, I kind of felt like I ordered some upscale gourmet food and a nice bottle of wine to eat at a cheap dinner’s metal table…"

"Just had an excellent lunch at The Farmhouse. Probably the best chili I’ve ever had at a restaurant. The homemade chips were really good and the Rueben sandwich was delicious. Our server was bright, friendly and attentive even though they were really busy with their lunch rush. We will definitely dine here again."

"I had the turkey club w lemon mayo on multi grain...amazing. I also sampled several other things like the lentil veggie soup and a jalepeno relish...both yummy. Try this place. I hear the carrot cake is fantastic."
