Go when you have extra time to enjoy the experience! Even though we had reservations, we did have to wait a bit more than expected on a Saturday evening, and the food took a while, but the hostess and our waiter were very attentive with updates. We had a 7:15 reservation on Saturday. And there were several things on the menu (garlic shrimp adobado, diver, scallops, ceviche to name a few) that were sold out, which was disappointing. So we decided to try the paella. We ordered the montana paella. It was so disappointing. There were 2 3-inch pieces of Spanish chorizo and some flex of ham. I could not find “lots o chorizo'. Highly suggest the bacon wrapped dates. Yum! Great place for a night out. Margaritas were great, as well!
