Terrible service and food tasted terrible tried charging us for items when they shouldn't have aka tried to charge us for extra stuff and did not let us do our bottomless and never refilled drinks there employees also give misinformation on the phone this is the one in Holland MI View all feedback.
The food was good as always, and we were waited on quickly. The sever may have been new, but our order was quickly corrected, and we were not upset as everyone was really nice and quick to correct the very small mistake. Shake was wonderful, as was the burgers.

Food was awesome and affordable restaurant was clean with a nice family atmosphere.
Server was not attentive, and it was hard to get the basic refills or more fries.
We showed up at 7:00pm on a Monday and sat at our table for 25 minutes before getting our order taken and it took us having to wave down our waitress to get that service. We told the manager that we sat for a while before being helped and he was apologetic about it. After that our waitress never brought us any of our food and drinks and all she did was take our orders. We asked for a drink refill a little into our meal and she didnt bring us them until about 12 minutes later. Also it was not a very busy night and they looked well staffed but it was terrible service other than the manager and the staff members that actually brought us our food. We ended up getting $15 off our meal thanks to the manager.
