My husband&I plus my Mom&son wanted a very nice quiet Anniversary dinner, so we tried a new place for a change. The US Hotel in Hollidaysburg was the best choice in such a long time, from the beginning to the end. We started in the bar. The over-priced drinks were pretty good. Our dinner was really bad, though. The menu is very odd and missing some basic dinner items. I must have missed the fine print that read our steaks would be covered in brown gravy. This is a crime. Disgusting. Why would they do this to a quality steak? They turned my NY Strip into meatloaf.
