Got a mango habanero chicken sub with no mango habanero on it. When I called to asked if they were out or something they just said “we do have it, sorry that’s just an oversight on our part” I responded with “ok” and was met with another apology followed by silence. Sorry doesn’t doesn’t fix the fact that I just paid for something I didn’t get. View all feedback.

I had a pick up order bad management by the way. This manager didn't read me back my order when I arrived , and she didn't even give me my free food that I had used with my points she just took my whole order back without double checking to make sure it was correct so I got home called the store asked to speak to the manager and she made me wait to come back to tell me I am the Manager like you could have just said this you're the manager so I'll be calling your general Manager and tell them how rude you were being to begin me.
I have ordered before and never received my order. Then I have had driver's show up. Unexpected
