What User likes about Derry's Family:
Beautiful cozy diner family restaurant and atmosphere as advertised. I visited in the morning and they were busy, but there was an opening for me to sit down, didn't have to wait. The staff was attentive and the waitress I got was very good. My breakfast was very good, it didn't take long and wasn't very expensive. It was about $10 for a complete breakfast and coffee. What User doesn't like about Derry's Family:
Crooks! Let me be clear. Food is always great. However, bad business mixed with good food will still lead to failure. You calculate 15% tip without informing the customer. I placed a take-out order and was not told that a 15% tip would be calculated. I always tip and I'm really okay with the tip. My problem is they should tell the customer.
