The drinks are delicious and it’s one of my most favorite places. But the customer service got so much worse since the first time I came there. I don’t understand what’s the problem of customizing ice or sugar level (when I went to Tiger Sugar in nyc or la there was no such restriction) The girl who was working there wasn’t rude but she was cold and indifferent compared to other cafes. This business is “brave as a tiger” for selling the quality of drinks that they do. I ordered the taro milk tea and it was absolutely terrible. There are directions for the customers to shake the teas “15 times”. Why in the world should I, the customer, have to do that?
