great waiting staff. all of us dip together!

pecan snapper and black grouper was good. we ordered hush puppies for appetizer and they were undercooked and had no taste.

only the complaining was the noise level way to loud! the room needs soft surfaces to absorb the ambient noise. also would suggest the printed sheet with daily...

"The only thing that a regret myself was missing the sunset because we were a party of 10 and at that time the outside was full. Great food, ambient, staff and wine!!! "I told waitress specifically I did not want app,soup and dinner on table at same time.Guess what. They weren 't that busy that they needed to turn over tables. Krab bites were good.Wanted soup and salad but sorry we are outta salad at 6 on Friday. Gumbo was good but served too hot temp) like it had been warmed in microwave. Fried shrimp were good but last ones were cold because all the food was on table at one time. Sausage was good but served in a bag. Huh? Hushpuppies were good. The wifes crab legs and shrimp were served in a bag. Saves on dishwashing? Boiled with OG sauce? Probably just us but we didnt care for 'sauce '?, a little heavy handy wit curry or something?Overall not bad but unlikely to return or reccomend"

"Second year visiting AMI, just had to come back to Dip 's after our experience in 2022. Summer of 2023 was completely different. Service and quality are non existent this summer. When the machines cannot keep up with the amount of orders being taken they continue to serve anyway. Instead of receiving ice cream, you receive a cone upside down in a bowl of milk. Then when you question it or say this is not what you ordered they ask why you have an attitude bro . Manager/Owner was not too helpful either. He was more concerned about his workers reputation rather than making a spectacle of the situation in front of 50+ waiting customers. He also talked bad about another ice cream business very close to his. Small business owners are supposed to lift each other up and not dog each other. He also claims I cursed his worker out, absolutely not true. Luckily for us, he asked us if we wanted our money back and did get it all back to us. 3 of our orders went straight to the trash. The other one was drank. I suggest if you have to try Dip 's for yourself, ensure you ask if the machines are working properly. Otherwise, you will receive a milkshake even if you didn 't order it. It would be zero stars but google is forcing us to put one. The Mayeux Family"
