"Very reasonably price with good coffee and cakes in a quiet location just off the main street. We thoroughly enjoyed our Sunday morning tea and would love to come back and try the breakfast/lunch menu, but we'll have to leave that to our son and...partner who plan to do just that. Friendly, helpful and honest staff (an overcharge was identified by the waitress who returned it with apologies). We'll be sure to drop in again on our next interstate visit to Brisbane."

"Came as a guest for a wedding. Lovely gardens and surrounds for a small intimate garden wedding. The reception was for around 35 people, and this place is perfect for small to medium sized celebrations. After the exchanging of vows, staff came round with juice which they topped up. The wait staff seemed young and inexperienced who didn't seem comfortable mingling amongst the guests to offer a drink, and they kept missing me. I finally received a drink that was very sweet, but acceptable. Canapes were a bit average, with one having like a micro coleslaw on top....bit weird. "We've been to the French Table about 3 times and could not complain at all about the service, or the food. We usually pay around $120 for the 2 of us and considering the above, and the fact that the food was mouth-watering, and I might add it is BYO ! we are always extremely happy. We are going again tonight for our 21st Wedding Anniversary and expect the same standards. If not I will post again tomorrow, but doubt I will need to complain about anything! Well done to the French Table, better than some of the food we had in Paris !!!!"
