In Holyoke for a wedding and looking for a place. Wow. Good and so much food. Not easy to find since sign is small. They only speak Spanish so hard for us.Started with chips and salsas and refried beans. Red salsa will put some hair on your chest. Buggah spicy.Orderd the Carne asada platillo with corn tortillas. "The Skillet is a beautiful little hometown restaurant. Our waitress Brenda was a very polite young lady. The hot turkey sandwich is a classic American dish. Lunch is very affordable. Closed Tuesday."

"Super hot, great quality food. Easily better than bamboo garden or wonderful house. Prices were fair, serving staff were wonderful. The cook has 40 years of experience and it shows. We'll be going back. For sure. I ordered general taos chicken with fried rice. My wife ordered the sesame chicken with fried rice. My son ordered the beef lo mein. Food was hot like previously stated. The new owners have really made a difference!!!"

"Great location on the highway. Clean, modern looking location, staff was friendly, one of the guys who took our order seemed REALLY enjoying his job when you catch my drift. Good food, turned out as expected. Could go back when I'm in the area."
