Cinnabon - Holyoke

What Amy doesn't like about Cinnabon:
The staff is so unprofessional, they do not understand what customers are trying to say. The manager specifically will talk about the customers behind their back in what I am assuming is Spanish. There were several hairs found in a Cinnabon I for one had that encounter where there was a hair in one of the big Cinnabon's which is just disgusting. They are just plain rude and disrespectful!!
