What User doesn't like about East Baking Co:
My next issue was with the management team, who I heard screaming and arguing on phone calls. He even called his coworkers derogatory names. The final straw for me was when production started and I was expected to do tasks I wasn't trained for. When I brought this up to management, I was met with promises that were never kept, such as holiday pay and PTO. I didn't even have access to my payroll information.
