Mcdonald's - Holyoke

I have been working one of these Mcdonalds for almost a month n i love it there we actually are number 1 store we are so happy that we have won great crew great mangers that I love my job.

My experience this day was great. I ordered an apple cake to eat while I drove my school bus (and take a much needed rest). I was told by a wonderfully sweet young lady that they had sold all the apple cakes they had hot, and it would be 15-20 minutes before they were ready with more. Unfortunately I didn't have that long, so she offered me two blueberry cakes (she was mgmt) as an excuse. Then she drove me to the bathroom, and I was greeted by a SPOTLESS, pleasant toilet. Total, 12/10

You have a good service and I understand that there are many young people working in this McDonald's, but they do their best. I'm talking about late afternoon and night shift.

I'm not a fan of McDonald's in general. It upsets my stomach, but it's decent for a McDonald. The service is good and there is a bathroom that is clean
