This was our first time he moved to the Holyoke Mall on the upper level near JC Penney. People there are friendly and attentive. The food is fine. Nice presentation. Solid salads. Really tasty tomato soup. The service is slow though. The margaritas need work. Oversalted rim (see photo) and extra tart mix. The kitchen is exposed to customers and exposes the holes in systems for this restaurant: Staff speaks rudely to management, customers can hear personal conversations of kitchen staff and kitchen staff doesn't move with any urgency or a plan.... It took longer what we thought it should take, but that could be as it is, I can't say yet. You seem like they have many customers, so try it!
Eating is always so good! And our server Allison was the best!!! Did time make so much better! Says with us for a bit and brought Desserts to sing the happy birthday to my two friends! Great experience! Come back! Thanks Allison and 110!
Advertise the super fresh Thai salmon dish with jasmine rice and broccoli dishes. The salmon had a nice kick. Must have dessert. My choice was the flourless chocolate cake with extra whipped cream. Our server brought a page of whipped cream!! It was amazing. Everything was super-food and service as well as the company.
My first experience in the 110 grill was very pleasant. The greeting and server I had were top-notch in customer service, very friendly and accommodating. I ordered the Chicken Cordon Bleu sandwich with garlic potatoes as a side. The sandwich was stacked a little too high to eat easily. My drink was the 110 Blueberry lemonade. Both selections were very delicious! I'll be back.
Total great experience at 110 Grill. Great service, delicious food. The food was the best part you are? always hope. I was here with colleagues. This is a good place for a date night or a work dinner. We had a large group (9 people) but 4 stars because our dinner over 35 minutes from the time we received our order to receive it. It wasn't a big deal, but we enjoyed the atmosphere and we had great service. Don't be in a hurry if you are?
