since 15 years in saigon pho. I'm pretty sure the current owner changed. all viet signature dishes did not have the taste they should have. even the cervical yellow drink came directly from a dose (large long pieces) and simply add crushed ice in it. it was a catastrophe. we have not tried the new Chinese cuisine on the menu, but maybe they should be completely revisited on a new menu that they are good instead of tr...
