Best thing here is the food. Everything was delicious, tortillas home made, rice was amazingly good. Service is not their strong asset, but it was not bad either. Waitress could have been more attentive, but the food made up for her shortcomings. Parking is a little bit challenging as there are only about 8 parking spots. I would definitely go again soon. What renee reynolds doesn't like about El Trovador:
I read the review and came to try El Trovador. The wait staff states their manager does not allow any dog, not even my service dog. And do not want to call the manager. They were advised by another restaurant patron, in Spanish, that it is the law for the service dog be able to attend me. They refused. I left.I do not recommend this restaurant, they feel they are above the law. View all feedback.
It is the best of Homestead, the food is homemade and authentic Salvadoran, its unbeatable prices, the cooks and waitresses feel like family!
Very bad service from the workers, very bad attitude, even on the phone to answer the calls, I had to talk to the manager
